Murphy is upgrading a 39,557m2 warehouse building to prepare it for its new tenant, a food delivery company, who have signed a 25-year lease. The Murphy self-delivery model was a significant attraction for this new customer and the project is truly a One Murphy collaboration. Steelwork for the property has been fabricated by specialist colleagues in Ireland while teams from across the UK have provided the piling; surveying and temporary works; onsite HV works and lighting along with a power upgrade and ring main units.
