Dawn has over 30 years’ experience working in Human Resources (HR) in both public and private organisations and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She brings significant leadership skills and senior HR experience to the Murphy family and, in addition to HR, also oversees our marketing and communications activities as part of our Group Executive Committee (GEC). Dawn has received multiple national awards for her HR work over the last few years and is regularly asked to speak at national events and contribute to published articles. Additionally, she has experience as a Non-Executive Director, as a coach to aspiring executives and is passionate about creating an inclusive working environment where everyone, regardless of background, can be successful.
